Must use the propeller nut to secure the propeller to the prop shaft.
Install aft washer and tab washer before installing prop nut.
Do not operate your engine or drive without the propeller nut in place.
Prop nut is stainless steel, durable and corrosion resistant.
To aid future propeller removal, grease prop shaft splines with Mercury 2-4-C or Mercury Special Lube 101
